I could not thank the team at Château Glow enough. I have worked with both Jaylene and Gina and they are phenomenal! I never write reviews, but my experiences have been too incredible for me to not share. I started going to Château Glow every month about two years ago, right after I had moved to New York. I had struggled with painful acne my whole life and was tired of scouring the internet for the best products to “fix” my face, complaining to my doctor only to be prescribed medication that dried out my skin, and going to Sephora spending hundreds of dollars on expensive skincare that never worked. So I decided to start looking for a esthetician that I could see consistently to help me. My goal was simply to not have acne as painful and for my skin to be a little less red. I’m now a member of Château Glow which means I visit each month, and my skin has never looked better. I am so incredibly happy. Not only is my painful acne gone, but my scars are fading, my skin is no longer red, and I feel so comfortable in my skin. I would not have been able to meet my skin goals without the love, support, and hard work the team at Château Glow has poured into my skin. I really love that this is not a big corporation (like many of the other companies I’ve been a customer of) but instead a small business that is so thoughtful and professional when it comes to their clients’ experience. Each session my esthetician assess what my skin needs, photographs my progress, and personalizes my facial to ensure it’s exactly what I need. I truly feel like the team at Château Glow cares about me and my skin. I would give them 20 stars if I could! I’ve been a client at here for almost a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, and the spa is always spotless. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing, which makes every visit feel like a little retreat.

The membership program is a game-changer—affordable and includes services like Hydrafacials, which have made a huge difference in my skin. The variety of treatments offered is impressive, and I love how my skin has improved—people constantly compliment my glowing complexion!

The real highlight of my visits is definitely Emilee. She is hands down the reason I keep coming back. Not only is she incredibly sweet and personable, but her expertise in skincare is unmatched. I received the 60min HydraFacial at this location recently. It was my first ever facial, and the reviews looked great so I splurged ($250 after tax & tip, even with the first time discount). While my facialist was pleasant, the treatment itself was an absolute waste of money and time. The 'HydraFacial' component was split into 3 parts, and together totaled ~10 minutes, with probably 2 minutes of vortex extractions (which were very weak and ineffective). The rest of the facial consisted of having various gels/cleansers spread across my face, or giving them 'time to set' (while my facialist went on her phone). Perhaps it is the private equity ownership that makes the quality of service here so bad.

After the appointment, I was asked for feedback and provided my honest comments. Their response was that they would try better next time. There will not be a next time for me, and I highly discourage anyone else from going here either if you are looking for a treatment that is actually effective or...
