Every time I go to see Payton, I come out wholly transformed and absolutely delighted. Seeing Payton is not just seeing a hair stylist but a hair genius!!! I love every single look Payton has created for me, but this latest one was just indescribably amazing. I have gotten approximately 1,000 compliments on it in the last 24 hours, coming from my closest friends to strangers on the street, and I have pointed everyone to the Chaz Dean Studio in NYC! Of course, the studio itself was beautiful as well! It's clean, spacious, and so relaxing. There's a patio right outside the second floor, and it's filled with plants that sway in the wind!!! The room is full of sun and is lovely!!! What a true oasis in NYC! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, from Chaz Dean himself to Stephanie at the front desk and everyone else I met along the way! I cannot say enough good things about the salon, and especially about Chaz Dean. The salon is a lovely warm and welcoming environment! I have been using Wen products exclusively For 15 years. As a senior, my hair has never been in better condition. These products are pure genius as is the designer of the Wen products. My haircut by Chaz is simply perfect, cut with precision and care, like I have never experienced in the past. It was such a pleasure meeting Chaz, he is so talented and sweet. I cannot say enough good things about my experience in the Chaz Dean Studio. I would highly recommend the salon, and specifically a Chaz Dean haircut, and all of the Wen hair care products. I wanted to give a shout out to Sharon who works in customer service and offered exceptional service while helping me get a hold of some Wen products I needed. She went through great lengths to ensure I'd get my package before leaving the country, which included locating and canceling an online order, finding a new way to get the product to me including locating a salon close to my hotel and ubering it over.
