Avoid this shop – terrible customer service and card payment issues.
I had a very bad experience in this shop. I bought a small item and paid by card. Since I am an overseas customer, the merchant claimed his terminal showed that the payment was “not accepted.” However, I clearly saw the debit on my card account and confirmation in my bank that the payment was processed.
When I asked for the item I had already paid for, the merchant refused to give it to me. Instead, he told me I had to wait up to 4 hours for the payment to be cancelled, or pay again in cash. I refused, as this is unfair and unacceptable. The merchant then became rude and started arguing loudly.
I even called the police, but they said it was a customer dispute and could not help. A week later, the payment was still not cancelled, exactly as I expected.

Overcharging is bad enough, but combining it with harassment crosses every line of basic respect and customer service. For your safety and peace of mind, I strongly suggest taking your business to one of the many other stores in Chinatown where customers are treated with honesty...
