Absolutely disgusting behavior by a female salesperson, who did not share her name when I asked but brunette with a slight accent. I jovially walked into the store , exited to try on a couple Kangol hats and immediately we were greeted with a rude āwelcomeā. But I overlooked it and proceeded to go toward the Kangol hats. Once she does decides to come be of help her face and complete demeanor is even more off putting than the awful greeting.
Again, I proceeded to just overlook it ( you never know what someone is going through -maybe itās not me) and ask about the sizing of the hats. The answer to the sizing was curt , then I went on to say I knew there were different sizes *not a one size fits all or most. and glad I didnāt buy my first one from online. She immediately tells me with a disgusting tone āhow dare you speak of possibly purchasing a hat online, then come in hereā.
That was the final straw, I left the store with my friend. I will make sure everyone I know in the neighborhood and my friends business nearby to never step foot into that store with that salesperson. Her behavior is beyond appalling and if she is unhappy with her job, please...

I told him I would let him know when I found something. Still, he kept on asking me, could he help me over and over. I asked him was he trying to rush me since it didn't seem like he really wanted to help. And when I asked him a question, and he answered, he proceeded to inquire how he could help me all over again. So I ignored him, he walks over to an older woman, who replaces him and starts to shadow me around the store, staring at me. So I'm irritated, feeling racially profiled, amongst other things, and I confront her on it. She gets rude and starts being hostile. Then the owner joins in and told me to kiss-off. There was no attempt at smoothing the situation over even After I pointed out that the hat I was wearing and 4 of my most recent hats I bought from there, he says he doesn't need my business. He seemed pretty dicey. So I walked up to another store and purchased a hat there, but you can buy hats online where you don't have to deal with dicey people. AVOID THIS STORE the customer...

I went there and tried a hat on which was $80 ( the price is more expensive than on the website of that brand btw ). a worker there was pushy and so rude. I was hesitate to buy because it wasn't the one I really wanted. I ended up not to buy and left the store. Before I left one of the worker said WHAT A WASTE OF TIME then she shut the door. If you want customer to go back TO YOUR STORE, you better work on employees manners. whether I but it or not that is my option. Plus I did not spend like 2 hours there. It was just 15-20 mins walking around and trying hats on. By the way, the door has some kinda magnetic lock or something you have to ring the bell before you get in ( that I can understand ) but if I want to go out an employee has to open it for me. I just feel like if you just want to get in and look around but not buying anything, they will give you a bad attitude.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND I WON'T GO BACK THERE EVER!!!
