If you are ever in Lower Manhattan and in need of some sweet desserts, you should check out this snug little spot hidden on Mulberry Street! This hidden gem offers teas and beverages, but is known for their churros! Feel free to sit down and dine in, or take out if you're in a rush. If you do plan on dining in, please get there early, as there are limited seating!
I recommend getting the mini stuffed churro box. Great to share with a friend or family member, or to enjoy for yourself. Each can be devoured in a bite or two, with several flavors to choose from.
The churro picnic box is another fabulous choice. The hot chocolate was more dark than sweet, which was perfect as the churros had sugar on them. The strawberry was strong, but was a good counter to the dark hot chocolate sauce. The dulce de leche was my favorite sauce, although it was solid and made it difficult to scoop with the churro.
Definitely check out their monthly specials! I plan on returning to try next month's special, as well as, all the months...

The churro got soggy quickly because of the melting sorbet and whipped cream. Given the steep price the portion was small. The presentation wasn't amazing either. Thankfully we couldn't finish it bc it was too mid to waste our dessert quota.
* Vanilla Ice Cream Churro Sandwich $8.5 I believe they fry the churros per order so they were fresh and crispy. Disappointed that the churros tasted savory and had no sugar coated on the fried dough......Similar to the churro cup, the bottom churro was soaked in the vanilla ice cream and became soggy in seconds. I enjoyed this more than the cantaloupe sorbet but it was too average to meet up the expensive price.
Why did we splurge almost $20 on churro ice cream with mediocre taste and ordinary presentation? And they were all served in paper plates. Their staff were very sweet tho.....

Read moreHonestly I can’t rate the food because the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Tik tok has made NY an unbearable place to live for true New Yorkers because there is a ridiculously long line everywhere. It’s become exhaustingly annoying.
This continuation is in response to the businesses response. My low rating isn’t because of social media. It is because of the poor business model. Why are orders being made to order if a line is wrapped around the block? The process should be streamlined. It’s inconsiderate to have customers waiting on an hour long line for an appetizer. How about having the product already made so that the line can move quicker. Or have someone take orders while customers are waiting online so by the time the customer gets to the register their order is ready. I waited for half an hour and the line barely moved so...
