I ordered their Chelsea boots online but wasn't sure of my fit because they do not carry wide size -- as suspected they were a tad bit bigger, enough to make my feet hurt. I followed the return process and went to the store to return them and was told the boots looked very worn -- I literally only tried them on once to test the fit plus it has only been about 4-5 days. I suspect these type of companies do this to scam the customer as I was offered a store gift card, which I rejected. If they were too worn, why am I receiving a gift card and not my money back? It's a bit chaotic there because of location as it gets a lot of traffic but they have a decent number of sales rep who help out. The comfort of the loafers I picked was amazing, I was replacing an existing pair of Cole Haan loafer. It was good to compare and see the difference and how comforting the new design is. One employee was so bored he was trying on shoes himself. Another was talking about how somewhere else had terrible customer service 🙄. Would have loved to buy the pair I tried on but needed a smaller size and the person "helping" me was no where to be found. We walked out super frustrated.
