CVS Pharmacy — Local services in New York

Literally just left this pharmacy after waiting on a long line for 10 mins their system supposedly just shut down. Smh "Possibly rebooting" is what all 10 of us waiting were told. Smh They then announced for everybody to come back in 20 mins. They need to do better.

Extremely difficult to get prescriptions here. You can never call and talk to a person, and if you request a call back, they call and immediately hang up just to say they called. The one time they called me back and actually talked to me, they said they would order in my prescription but never did and I didn’t get any notification that they didn’t do what they said.
