SO WHEN YOU ORDER A BUTGER AND ASK FOR IT TO BE WELL DONE AND YOU GET RARE AND PINK IT’S QUESTIONABLE PERHAPS THE MEANINGLESS CHATTER BETWEEN THE WORKERS NEEDS TO CEASE IN ORDER TO GET THE ORDERS CORRECT! I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A WELL DONE BURGER! I COULDN’TEAT IT SO I WASTED $16 AND IT WASN’T WORTH IT OVER PRICED AND UNCOOKED I WANT A REFUND AND WILL CONTACT THE MANAGER ABOUT IT!

Aside from poor customer service and a lack of regard for safety precautions while handling food, I experienced and witnessed one of the cooks WITHOUT a covering for his FULL beard AND COUGHING IN THE OPEN but COOKING everything from fries to grilled chicken! Another worker had his right hand bandaged without protective covering, handling the POS system and taking orders without gloves and prior to that ate a full plate at the register forcing customers to place orders around him. Another had a ponytail without head covering, arranging CONDIMENTS ON burgers and behind the counter was so disorganized and messy!!! I waited 20mins for a warm burger that was dry and tasteless! Not to mention a SLICE. of cheese that WAS SEMI MELTED melted in the container and not the burger. Honestly not sure what the daytime staff is like but hopefully more courteous and CLEAN! I find it hard to believe that they’re left alone without management or supervision. The DIALOGUE between them IS ATROCIOUS. It’s too much waiting for a tasteless burger while listening to them say “MY NIGGA” to each other is enough to make anyone NAUSEOUS. ADVICE GET RID OF THE EVENING STAFF THEY’RE...

A week or so ago one of my colleagues mentioned after returning from lunch she had a bangin Burger fr th middle eastern burger spot. we were like; really! where? she said Down the middle aisles near the back. OK, a week later somebody else mentioned they had the backyard Burger at Bk Jani. Right there the stage was set, I was definitely going to try this Burger today. came lunch time, I made a bee line to the front of the line went straight to the counter. heard you guys got this backyard Burger? Yes. I want one of those. no problem. Do you want the 4oz or 6oz? 4oz w/fries, no salt on the fries. No problem, anything else? Everything on it lettuce, tomatoes, onion, sauce, cheese the works. No problem. With that I left, 7 mins later came back. Burger was wrapped up & ready to go. I could see through the container that the bun was lightly toasted. The cheese was nice & melted. The fries were crisp not soggy. 3 minutes later it was love at 1st bite. 5 minutes after that nothing was left in sight. The details of my experience " That $!#+ was Tight"🙏🥀💗👍🏽🍃🤟🏾💓⛹️‍♂️

Got 2 beef burgers medium well, one was for my 6 year old son,Burgers were completely raw in the middle! The cashier and grill men were rude and looked annoyed by me asking to fix it. The Latino grillman started arguing with me and giving me lessons about cooking temperatures when I explained I knew what medium well looked like. He threw away the food and told the cashier girl to give me a refund. It wasn’t even busy he took 20 minutes for 2 raw burgers! Maybe if the grillman wasn’t just hanging out while cooking he would do a decent job. This guy even told me to just speak Spanish so the cashier wouldn’t understand. The cashier girl told me she eats burgers like that all the time and they were fine but she didn’t even bother to take a look at them and said since the guy was the superior there she had to do as he said.It’s disgraceful !
