I visited the store on Saturday afternoon (5/3) and wanted to share my experience, especially since I didn’t catch the names of the amazing sales associates who helped me. Both the women greeting at the door and the one assisting with sizes were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I was in a bit of a rush and couldn’t try anything on, but they still guided me through sizing and even offered thoughtful suggestions to help me decide. For years I’ve adored my charming doen pieces, but after my experience yesterday, I’m completely disenchanted. They made us wait outside, which I totally understand for the capacity of the store, but they LOCKED customers in, many people didn’t know how to even unlock the door, not to mention its outright illegal. Nobody even acknowledged when I came in, much less help me find a specific piece I came in for. The woman running the show was super rude to other customers basically telling them to purchase something or leave and if they don’t like it they can just return it. They were acting like their products were Chanel lol… meanwhile tables were covered in unfolded clothing, old water bottles from patrons leaving behind, etc. Super...

When I found it myself she said well that’s not what you asked for. I asked to try on a blouse and was flatly refused because the store was too full and it was too close to closing.
