Do Not I repeat Do Not believe everything you see on TikTok. Very deceiving location and Reviews make it worst. When booking this experience for me and my sister for a birthday self care day. It Turned out horrible!!! When we came into the location yes they were extremely sweet but when they took us to our room to do our $90.00 dollars for 2 scalp treatments. We were in all shock like ewww this doesn’t look like the rooms we saw online but we said we’re already here let’s just try them out. Also the room was extremely Hot with No AC at all only a lil fan in the window.Then they first gave us these skirt looking tops to put on. Then they began to comb our hairs out. Then they gave us scalp massages my sister stated the lady who did her massage was plucking her head and she told her to stop because it wasn’t relaxing at all. When they put these shampoos in our hairs instantly we felt our heads begin to start itching. But we still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They gave us 2 shampoos each and with the same shampoo from our hair they began giving us a massage on our necks gross. Then they rinsed our hairs and they placed the water sprinklers on my neck and not my sisters neck.Then the lil sprinklers that they placed on our heads one didn’t work on the left side of my sisters sprinkler. It also didn’t have no pressure at allllll. Oh but it gets better the back of neck and arms and hands massages were Dry Massages meaning they used no lotion or oil and were extremely uncomfortable and rough. When they were done they used towels to dry our hairs, and in the same sink they dry our hairs like omg are u serious but ok then after they just dried our hairs. They sat us up and put some cream in our hair and we were done. lol me and my sister just looked at one another and started laughing. Because our hairs were knotted and frizzy. Then we had to get dressed with them in the room because their boss came in the room complaining to her workers because there was water all over the floor. So the workers started cleaning up all the water all over the floor. While not giving us privacy at all to get dressed. Then when we were exiting we gave them $100.00 because we weren’t satisfied with the overall experience. They locked us in the location and demanded we give them more tip. We told them we did give them tips $5.00 dollars each because we said amongst one another our Spanish salons do a better job and they blow out our hairs for less money and we come out looking beautiful and feeling good. So we refused to give them more tip. But they keep insisting and wouldn’t allow us to leave using their translating app to tell us too give more tip. So we just unlocked the door and told them we weren’t giving them any extra money. Honestly we were all in disbelief of their actions. When we got home our hairs smelled like mold and were still wet. We will not come back. Don’t waste your money...

So where do I even begin? First off, if you watch tik toks at all, you've seen that famous scalp massage video. Well my friend booked it using the link in the video, and it's not even the same place. They used someone else's video to garner views. She claims she worked part time there, at the place in the video so she used it. It's still not her business. But we decided to give them a chance. However, after we decided to give them a chance, they told us they only have 2 scalp massage beds - we had 3 people and we were upfront with that while booking. I expected them to have 3 beds so we can all get it done at the same time. We were already there and so went through with it anyway since we weren't sure if the other places had any beds available, and we were from out of town. But only 2 out of 3 of us got it, since we weren't willing to wait another hour. And then, according to my friend, the lady working on her kept trying to push her product. For like 10 minutes total - there were several bouts of conversation. That's a good chunk of the massage. Not very relaxing. I was spared since I did not speak Chinese. The service itself was okay, but if they kept pushing it to me while I was lying down, I would be annoyed. A spa is about relaxation. Once the customer picks their package, that should be it, stop asking. Don't make me say no more than twice. My friend was trying hard not to be rude but I could tell she was quite annoyed from her tone. Honestly, the actual scalp massage itself wasn't bad but everything surrounding it was annoying. My hair did feel nice. But these services are common in Asia and I could've probably gone to anywhere else for the same service in Flushing.

Uodate : while my scalp was clean, it was pretty dry. I attributed it to it being really clean. But I waited to see how my hair would fare before drawing a conclusion. And it fared badly. I had just gotten my dandruff under control by using prescription medicine every 2 weeks. I just managed to get my oils okay, my wash schedule was every 3 days. And now it was dry and itching and oily, any I could barely go 1.5 days without washing. So oily hair gals with dandruff, this is a no. I wish I could drop this review...

The actual spa is totally different from what is shown on Instagram. The people only features the cute room and not the one I was directed to. When I came the staff were arguing about the appointments. Apparently, when I called prior day, I booked for 4pm and they set it for 12. And there was another girl who booked for 4 as well and the staff had long arguments over this. The lady who did my hair said I was super late and I tried to explain I booked for 4 and not 12. I was given an old towel wrap myself to use. The bed beside mine in unclean and just been used. The lady gave me a towel with blotches and I complained it wasn’t clean so she gave me a new one. The massage was good but since the staff does not understand English, she cannot adjust if it was too much for me. After the treatment my hair is frizzy as they don’t style it. They don’t have the scalp camera also and when i checked in the mirror my scalp was not that clean. I gave the lady $8 for tip because I was not satisfied. And expectedly she said it was too small but then I said that’s all the cash I have. I went here because it is cheaper than others although the service wasn’t worth it. The whole treatment was even less than 60 minutes! I would not go back...
