DMV TVB — Local services in New York

I had an appointment at the DMV around the corner on Greenwich to get my license renewed. That place was standing room only for hours and hours. Finally my # got called but instead of being processed, an associate apologized for the long wait, that I would have to even wait longer BUT that if I wanted, I could come here to the TVB and they could process my application quickly.
