It’s painfully obvious that all these glowing reviews were written by family, friends, or employees trying to keep this sinking ship afloat. But let’s be real—this place won’t be open for long. While the staff was friendly, the service was abysmally slow—we timed it, and it took nearly 15 minutes to make three hot chocolates. That kind of wait might be tolerable if the drinks were worth it, but unfortunately, they weren’t. The so-called "hot chocolate" tasted like nothing more than Hershey’s syrup mixed with lukewarm tap water—utterly undrinkable past the first few sips. And the whipped cream? That pathetic 0.5-second squirt from a can cost an extra $1.50 per cup. Look at the photo I included—pure comedy. I initially wanted to try the brownie ice cream sandwich, but when I saw the price—$18.50—I laughed out loud. For that price, I could buy a tub of Häagen-Dazs and a pack of real brownies and still have money left over. The pricing here is beyond absurd, almost as laughable as the quality of the food—and that’s saying something. Oh yeah, and they warmed up my cookie (which was terrible) in the plastic for me. Come to think of it, maybe that's why it tasted like plastic... Save your time, save your money, and go literally anywhere else.

Small but mighty little ice cream shop in Astoria. They have a wide assortment of ice cream related sweet treats like cookie sandwiches, milkshakes, sundaes, and donut ice cream treats. Price is reasonable and service was quick and friendly. Looking forward to stopping by again.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 — Pure Bliss in Every Bite! Elios Ice Cream truly exceeded my expectations! The texture is incredibly smooth, and the flavors are rich and authentic. I tried their Belgian Chocolate and Mango Sorbet—both were absolutely delightful and refreshing.

What I love most is the quality of ingredients—you can taste the difference. The ice cream isn’t overly sweet, which makes it even more enjoyable. The staff was welcoming, and the presentation was also top-notch.

If you’re an ice cream lover, Elios is a must-try. Whether you're with friends or just want a solo sweet treat, this place will never disappoint....

Prices are too high for their quality. Also, most of their prices don't match with the ones on the menu ($20 for an ok crepe. When on the menu, it said $14). She uncharged most of the things not asking the size, Charge extra for everything.(literally)It took us more or less 20 min to get all our stuff. The only highlight was the cashier she was really nice and let us try samples of the ice cream flavors. Would not recommend go to Baskin Robin's or cold stone way better and...
