I had the unfortunate need to prepare for my family's funeral and buy flowers from out of state with a two day timeline. Being a physician why buys flowers for my deceased patients, the price at Evergreen were like half that the usual market price compared to metro DC. We decided on a matching set of four stands, and one casket. The owner was very easy to work with. She helped us with culturally appropriate practices and writings unfamiliar to us young Chinese who grow up stateside. They customized it with added orchids for a modest charge. The flowers were delivered to the funeral home and placed nicely well ahead of the funeral, and they were impressive. Each orchid had its own water holder with plastic stem. The flowers were much more impressive than the ones I spent twice at the American florists for my patients. We paid cash and left a little extra for a "thank you." I am so thankful for their help, ease to work with, and the wonderful flowers that I am here writing another open "Thank You" to Evergreen Flowers. Had a bad experience today , I’ve ask for help on which one is the winter melon , and they told it was this one and will cost $4 vs 39ave store which cost $2.50, but $2.50 will be in stock on Tuesday , 4 days

So, I decided to get the $4 winter melon , bc everyone else are out stocked , but it turns out this shop intentionally gave me the wrong one, bc they don’t have it in stocked and trying to conned ppl
