I gave Valeriy Bozhkov, owner of Exclusive Home Interiors, a large deposit for a custom kitchen. He promised it would be completed within five months, but instead dragged things out for nearly two years with constant excuses. Eventually, he claimed the kitchen was finally being shipped — but when I contacted the manufacturer, they confirmed no order was ever placed. Since then, he has ignored my calls, avoided communication, and refused to return my deposit, even after receiving a formal demand letter from my lawyer. This company is nothing more than a scam.
