As soon as me and my child walked in the lady at the counter didn't say hi to us and immediately followed us. While trying to enjoy the store and looking around, I saw her following us the entire time. She stated I was paranoid in a comment and looking out a window (ugh isn't that what tourist do, they look at everything around them DUH). When I asked her if she would like to help me because she's been following me all through the store, she said she does that to every one. That I believe is a BOLD FACE LIE (she probably wouldn't have if we weren't two Latinas walking into her store). If you want to check in with your customers rude lady why not ask if they need any help and don’t make them feel unwanted and if they are going to steal. I would never spend my money in a place like this with someone who follows you and stereotypes you. Spend your money else where this women overcharges and you can find these items else where for cheep and at least in a mom and pop shop that makes you feel wanted and not like a thief for being a women of color. One more thing, we just got off a flight from Iceland and just landed in New York exploring. Thanks for the awful experience...

Loved this cute little gift shop. I was looking to buy souvenirs of New York to bring back home and this place had everything I was looking for. It is a cute little shop with lots of different things you can get; it has something for everyone. I enjoyed how they had scratch books of NYC, which I ended up getting, and stickers of NYC as well. It is safe to say that the souvenirs I got from this shop was loved by those who had received the gift. Also, the staff there was super helpful in giving me suggestions as well. it was a nice little shop and had gifts for 90% of the people I needed gifts for, ranging from artists to writers to old and young relatives. It was pretty crowded, for such a small store, but it was 2 days before Christmas and the large amount of people didn't make it any less easy to find gifts, and the staff was helpful showing me where certain items were, and they even held my things behind the counter so I wouldn't have to carry them around the store while I was...
