Well for starters, hairdresser had BO, which is fine , we all do. But it was really bad the closer he got. He also looked like he just rolled out of bed.. He did a decent enough job on my hair and covered the grays as I asked for. And haircut was good. But he blew dry it so much that I smelled my hair burning at times. No product was used to preserve blow out and There was so much residue left on my roots that wasn't washed out that it felt sticky and gross that I had to come home and immediately wash my hair. Lastly. There was no signage or no mention of when I handed over my credit card that I would be charged almost 10 dollars for using my credit card. Had I known I would've went to the bank first to get cash. And lastly you can't tip on credit? Cmon. Most people don't have zelle. Everyone has Venmo or PayPal. Have a code to scan that makes it easy to tip. It was an unpleasant experience but salon is clean, and he did a nice job on the cut but I won't be going back. And certainly not at 250 bucks. He completely maimed me before my wedding next month and before an interview this week. I came to 2pm Sunday appointment for their $95 natural root coverage and repeatedly said I don’t want my hair color to change, only my roots covered and he repeatedly assured me for the 1 hour+ time saying only my gray roots would be colored, my hair would remain the same color. And he tried to deny it by saying it was the lighting of the salon and tried to point out part of my scalp that he didn’t completely dye a different color. And he didn’t even completely cover my grays. Paying over a $100 to get maimed and lied it has been my worst ever hair salon experience.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I had a appointment at 1:00pm with Benjamin he didn't show up till 1:30 as I waited outside the whole time because the shop wasn't even open! I finally get in feeling very rushed while he was cutting my hair! I love my hair long so I told him only 3 inches cut and that's it! He definitely cut more than 5 and it came out uneven!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED with this salon!!! Should treat customers with more care. He just took it into his hands and did what he wanted to do. He was VERY disrespectful to me when I told him I did not like it and that it was crooked. I paid $52 for a uneven haircut!!
