I used to go to all these expenses spa and salon thinking that result would be better. BUT I have been so wrong and glad that I get to highlight some comparisons here giving I've tried so many. Of course due to privacy, I don't want to mention the other spas but trust me all well known places in NYC. I don't mind spending the money as long as result is good. So to start off, I have. Remember going to Face II (previously face to face in chinatown) for 6+ years now. My acne pro skin has gotten so much better. Clearer complexion and less scars. My sisters and I go there every 3-4 weeks. I do a series of treatment. Facial , lazer, eyebrow threading, massages. Phenomenal services and staff is super nice. Janice, Ann, Coco, Agnes, all great but my girl GiGi is the best. I stayed for at least 3 hours everytime I go and I fall asleep during treatment every time because it is so relaxing. Read moreA nice luxurious spa in Chinatown! I walked past them and decided to give them a go. The spot is decorated so nicely, it feels very relaxing. I got the deep cleansing pore facial ($139) and my esthetician Ada was very thorough and gentle with the extractions. The whole facial was 2 hours and she gave me a nice lengthy massage.
The only thing that bothered me was the door was left opened the entire facial, except for the mask portion (the end). It’s pricier than most spots in Chinatown and while it’s a good quality facial, I personally didn’t see an astounding difference that would encourage me to pay triple the price—I paid $171 with tip total.
