The bald-headed man in the middle of the situation was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When he arrived, no one was at the front door to greet him because it was a false alarm triggered by a child. Instead of calmly addressing the situation or heading directly to the fire panel—which he clearly knew the location of—he chose to verbally attack me.
This happened on Christmas Eve, a time when kindness and understanding should prevail, yet his behavior was completely unacceptable. Regardless of the date, I am still a woman, and I treated him with respect when he arrived. In return, he was dismissive, telling me he didn’t care when I pointed out how nasty his attitude was. His response? "It's not my problem."
