I walked in this salon for a pedicure after realizing my feet were dry and crusty. I’d never been before and will never return. My visit started out well as I picked the lavender spa pedicure. Lovely. However, when I asked for gel polish it’s 30 DOLLARS EXTRA. I decided against it so I asked for a regular polish instead. I picked a baby pink color and was told that the color I picked was 3 bucks extra. Why I asked and they said it was because it was a week long lasting polish. Ummm no, just get me a similar polish that lasts for 6 days because I don’t want to pay 3 bucks extra. The tech did a good job but when I paid BY CARD the technician immediately asked if I was tipping in cash….RUDE AND UNCOUTH. Mind you there is a huge sign that states that cash is preferable for tipping. NO PROBLEM. I had 7 bucks in singles and decided to give 5. As soon as I laid those bills down, these ladies looked as though I slammed down 5 pennies in foreign currency. Immediately they started flapping their jacks in Chinese. I can’t understand but I can feel shade! The lady then says to me was the service ok because the tip is 15 PERCENT!!!!!!!!! Lady if you don’t take this 5 dollars and get out my face!!!! She then proceeds to rush me out of the salon because She have mo customer come in....

I NEVER write bad reviews but this place… I called for a reservation for 5:30 and they tried to ask me if I can come in earlier but I told them I couldn’t and they gave mr an attitude for it.

When I showed up it took them like 15 minutes just to start my pedicure.

I went on vacation and my GEL NAILS started coming off the THIRD DAY. and I went on vacation the NEXT DAY. how does that even happen? I don’t play sports… I don’t run marathons… I don’t bang my toes on the walls and floors so pretty much they sucked at making sure my nails were good before sending me on my way.

Every place I go to does a little lotion massage on the toes.. I did not receive that.

they clearly over charged me just for a french tip pedicure… and I get it they want their money and realize they are in Midtown but that is just absurd.

I really do not recommend coming here at all. I left a tip because that’s just the person I am and realized i’m never going back there after my 3rd polish coming off IN THE SAME DAY.

Horrible! I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and I never had my nails look this bad.

I spent 3 hours in the salon. So much for a nice relaxing Sunday. I show a picture of how I want my nails done. She’ll file a couple of strokes then ask if it’s it. I tell her to make it look like the picture. The people who work here don’t think. She’s doing this every few strokes for every nail! It got so bad I just gave up and say just make my nails even. There’s no integrity as I tell her my nails are uneven and says it’s my finger. I stuck my nails side by side and show her where it’s uneven. She said, “Well I like it that way!” Just laziness on top of being completely incompetent. I strongly question if this woman is even licensed. I’m literally showing her how to file my nail shape. It got so bad I had to start filling my nails myself!
