A weird and rude sales associate wasted my time by sassing me, telling me I was wrong about a product name (actually, he was wrong), and refusing to show it to me. Even after I showed him the correct product name on the Fendi website, he said “agree to disagree.”
Fendi emailed me saying my online order had been delivered to the store. The associate told me it wasn’t there and that Support sent me the wrong email, without an apology. He then kept urging me to buy another one so I could walk out with it that day, even after I told him no. Finally, I asked whether I could cancel the original order if I purchased a new one, and he told me no, I would have to come back in again to return that first order when it arrived.
I told him the product I’d ordered was online only. He kept telling me I was wrong, that they had it in stock, and showing me a Wallet double the price, in a similar shape but different leather, color, strap, material, and pattern. When I asked him to show me the product I’d actually ordered, he started getting agitated and sassy, arguing it was the same. After he refused to even look it up for several awkward minutes, I finally pulled up the product on my phone and showed them they were different, and that’s when he said “agree to disagree.”
There is zero benefit to shipping to store, just a bad experience with a weird associate who doesn’t know the collection and thought that feeling he was right was more important than verifying or trying to help...
Read moreI came to this location to pick up an online order. The doorman for the store who was African American open the door for me, greeted me and instructed me to stand in a specific area Until The store was a little less congested as they do in plenty of stores. Gentleman that appeared to be like a store manager was standing directly in across from me. A woman (Caucasian) walks in 3 minutes later. Same doorman instructs her to do the same he did me! She completely disregards what he said starts browsing merchandise. All the while same store manager is right there! He says nothing! He allows the woman to browse and actually helps her. Of course now I say we’ll I guess I can browse! And I do! I had one other staff member (Caucasian) greets me & ask me if I need help and then the manager instructed another staff member to help me (African American) who was also really great! BUT SHAME ON THE MANAGER! For allowing the difference in treatment and not being friendly and greeting me (a customer). On my way out the store a different door man also African american apologized about the incident! (I don’t mean to call them doormen I’m sure they have a better title) Manager needs to actually manage the store and not allow things like this to happen it’s 2022! I would never spend a dollar at this store like...
