Went here for 5 years, and during most of that time would rate it 3 to 4 stars. Recently they caused me nearly unforgivable problems.
At first, this was the only place on my insurance where I could get an appointment. The Dr.s, I saw, Crasta, Pierre-Louis and Sheth, were good, educated, mindful, knowing, and grounded, and the scheduling/payment admin was convenient and efficient, so I stuck around. This review is not a knock on the psychiatrists abilities, and I hope they see this and fix the admin issues.
Over the many years of appointments, there were late scheduled appointments, switches and trust that payments would be made, when requested, which they always were by me. Unfortunately, in the last month, the administration has been rigid, and, then, actually harmful in their heedless, unmindful and unwittingly innocent actions, hence the rating.
The former admin held it all together, the current one does not. Heedless was in notifications, unmindful of the effects the changes would have on me, and unwittingly innocent of causing serious harm because they did not notify me of changes to appointments.
Want to emphasize that all the admin had to do to be "ok service" is to give me notice of the changes. Here was my experience: The office, Dr or Admin, cancelled appointments, 2 weeks in a row. After assuring me, following the first time, that all would be well the second, the second appointment was cancelled, as well, without notice. THEN, to make matters worse, the admin tried to gaslight and say he left messages....I even double checked to see if voicemails were unwittingly deleted by me.
Really hope they make changes and get their act together, and I will do my best to update this review, if they meet the last resort plan I gave them to save our long...
   Read moreIf I could give a negative star review I would.. I just had a harrowing experience on the phone with the billing person "Annie". I received a bill for services from 6 months ago for telehealth services. I was inquiring why it was so late and why it was so much for a very short phone call.. she was defensive and verbally abusive, saying " I always complain about paying" and when I asked when she had spoken to me before she could not come up with a situation. IF you can't send out bills in a timely manner don't blame the patient for 1) being confused and 2) asking questions. I think you should get a new front desk/billing person.. she was nasty in person and worse on the phone. At least send her for some professional customer service training. This is supposed to be a "helping service"...

How awful of a practice this is being conducted when you are turned down because of something. A friend of mine came here and was showed the ugliest greeting because they owned a service animal. Know your Hippa laws and rights. Very disgusting, I can’t imagine how they treat their clients if they can’t be understanding or even not be educated to their highest level of expertise.
