Frank Darling — Local services in New York

Frank Darling will ruin your engagement plans. The ring was paid in full and approved for production on 6/30. We were told it would take up to three weeks to make. SIX weeks later the ring was ready. Despite following up multiple times, no explanation was provided for the delay. Upon picking up the ring, my fiancé was informed the ring was actually ready 7/17, and we were no longer within the window for exchanges or returns. THEY HAD IT IN THE SHOP FOR A MONTH AND NO ONE TOLD US. Sheer incompetence. They offered zero explanation, took no accountability, and have offered nothing to make amends.

And during the design process, despite being promised otherwise, they moved on to CADs and the 3D print rings without my approval. Both times.

Take your business elsewhere, and for sure do not work with...
