I bought six of the top-tier seeds from Frosty Gardens. I had a fantastic set up top-of-the-line Tent ventilation. I had a Nursery tent with a humidity dome and starter cubes. I tried to sew these seeds. Over half of the seeds didn’t grow. I’m not a beginner grower. Nothing but trouble from these six strains I bought for $500. Communicated very effectively to the owner. I started communicating to him around October, 2023. Into Thanksgiving. He said he would send replacement Seeds. Said he gave me some different seeds as well. He never sent anything. I had to settled for some of my bag Seeds from some other Grow. Believe or not those seeds grew in three days!
Look, I have better things to do than just complain about things. This guy did absolutely nothing to resolve these issues I had. Made promises he didn’t keep. So I won’t do any more business with this guy. At first, I was pretty excited. I brought a legitimate Concern. Here it is all the way to the halfway point of January of the new year, never once did I get any seeds. Nothing but fish stories of what he was gonna do. Ordered some fertilizer for my plants, sent the zelle payment same day and got a text stating the website messed up and didn’t charge me shipping. I then zelled extra money for the shipping. I placed the order on April 16. Never received an update until I reached out regarding the payments processing and when my order would ship. Received a response saying the payments went through and my order would ship the next day. Waited another week and nothing. Followed up again asking for a tracking number and received one. It’s a UPS tracking number that only has the status as “label created”. Followed up again yesterday asking what’s going on because it’s been a ridiculously long time since I first placed the order and I wasn’t told there would be a delay or take this long. Still no response and I feel like I was scammed and don’t want anyone else to lose out on money like I have. They created a shipping label that same day and updated that the item shipped and sent tracking. To this day, Mar 7th, tracking only shows a shipping label has been made. Sent an email on Mar 5th regarding when the item would actually ship and no response. Called, goes straight to voice-mail. I put orders in with other companies days after I bought from Frosty G and they're already nestled in my bank. Some came from Hawaii and Frosty G still hasn't shipped from NY, I'm in ohio. Tomorrow makes it 2 weeks since I placed my order and only a shipping label has been created. For me that is unacceptable. I'm feeling scammed and at this point just want a refund.
