Recently purchased a reversible fleece jacket during the Red Friday Roulette. Did not get a single update on shipping for 10 days.. dead silence.. ended up sending a follow up email to get an update and an hour later they cancelled my order due to lack of stock and did not even dare to reply to my email.
The item was initially available when I purchased it so why would you sell an item if it's sold out? I even got a confirmation email and got charged for it.. I wonder how do you all prioritize the online orders and manage the order sequence? Roulette is an online event and you guys need to treat people equally. Overall experience is just so miserable. Almost all of the stitches are coming off inside and outside. On top of that I haven’t even worn the bag out yet, it’s literally still in the dust bag.
