Il s'agit d'un centre commercial haut de gamme. La décoration est juste magnifique. Il y a plusieurs petits restaurants à l'intérieur: il est possible de manger à table ou sur le pouce. J'ai mangé un croissant jambon fromage et crudités, ma conjointe du pain maison avec du saumon fumé. Tous deux excellents. Il y a une pâtisserie française qui propose gâteaux, pains au chocolat et autres viennoiseries qui sont vraiment excellentes. L'ambiance est très conviviale. Le quartier lui aussi vaut le détour avec pas mal de resto et terrasses.

So much history and a wonderful place to walk and imagine what the city once was. Hope the entire area is helped out of the damage caused by Sandy. Everyone should visit and support the area. Truly disgusting our federal and city governments can't recognize the help people and businesses still need to recover from that devastating storm. The IPIC movie theater is here. Great date place. You can book a pod at an extra cost to watch your movie or regular seating. The food is pretty good. The portion isn't large, so if you're sharing, you might want to order popcorn first. The drinks could be done better for the cost. The sound and movie quality is not like a regal or amc but better than a home theater system. AlI in all...

Beautiful clean shopping next to water views. All inclusive bars and eateries. They have a bar right in the middle of the shopping complex that’s super cute. IPic movie theater is located there as well. A lot of retail stores for example banana republic. The piers for the boat rides are nearby. Surprisingly there is on street parking most times...
