We take the bus down to the South Street Seaport several times a year. Mostly during the warm months so we can sit outside the Tin Building overlooking the water and old ships. It is a charming look into old NY history. Also a good place to eat and people watch. We always have fun down there.

I never got the tree part unless it is referring to a Christmas tree that is put up seasonally. There are a couple of old sailing ships and the Tin Building had some restaurants, but I did not eat there. Just was passing through the area.

I never got the tree part unless it is referring to a Christmas tree that is put up seasonally. There are a couple of old sailing ships and the Tin Building had some restaurants, but I did not eat there. Just was passing through the area.
