I had to post specifically due to the review claiming this business was sexist. There are only two rooms and often one practitioner working (sometimes two). So no there aren’t plenty of open chairs with a lot of people working. It’s by appointment only and that’s the reason you were turned away (if the review isn’t bogus).

That being said, I’ve been a client of Tiffany’s since 2002. No matter how many other facials I’ve had, they never come close. Tiffany is an exceptional facialist - she's thorough, patient, and explains in detail why my skin might be flaring up and how to address it.
