INA — Local services in New York

I recently took several items to be consigned at this location. The people who answered my questions and priced my items were friendly and nice. When my items sold I got a check in the mail. I called a couple times to ask if anything else had sold and the people who answered my phone calls then were also very friendly and nice. I ended up selling two out of the five items. I recently picked up the remaining items that had not sold after calling them and letting them know I was coming ahead of time. I had brought a little duffel bag with me to bag up all the items. However, when I got there they had all of my stuff already in a shopping bag for me, and they even had wrapped the shoes in tissue paper, so it wouldn’t get the rest of my clothes dirty. So thoughtful! No issues with them and a good experience overall. Just wish some more of my stuff would have sold but that’s obviously not on them. Would consign here again. WOW cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. The store is filled with great finds with a range of pricepoints. Almost died over this beautiful commes de garcon dress that sadly I didn't have budget for but walked away with another gorgeous find.

Its often not the store itself that creates positive experience but rather the people you interact with, and Ken was that person for me. This was my 2nd encounter with her after first meeting her at another INA location and it was so refreshing that she remembered me which shows she really pays attention to her customers. She was so helpful in offering to help me find an outfit for a themed party, is someone who you want to befriend immediately bc of how warm and friendly she is, and attentive while giving space while shopping.

Had a blast here and can't wait to return in the future next time...

Amazing place! found it by chance while walking to the gym, and immediately become my number one store in Manhattan. The lady and the gentleman who’s responsible on the store are very sweet and super nice. I was super amazed by their items, where I totally forgot myself trying every single piece, until I remembered that I’m supposed to be somewhere else for an appointment. I really wanted to buy that Dolce and Gabbana shoes, but I had to leave the store immediately. I asked them if they can leave it on the side for me, until I come back, and they didn’t hesitate a second to accommodate my request.
