I love me some Ganni! There was a sales associate who greeted us when we walked in, she was super sweet!! She was wonderful and offered us her help. However, as we shopped around I accidentally hit the sale sign and it fell to the ground. I picked it up and tried to put it back up correctly, but couldn't figure out how to, so, I placed the sign on the counter next to the sale rack. The other sales associate came back and stared me down. I apologized but she didn't say a word and just gave me a disgusted look. I ended up leaving the store as I felt uncomfortable. Perfect experience in this gorgeous store. Clean, and well laid out. Browsing was fun!

Natalie was amazing! She listened and was attentive, considerate, and informative. She is so sweet!

Fabulous experience from the moment I stepped in to the moment I exited, and Natalie held the door for me because my hands were full of all my new Ganni gear!

P.S. They have a super cute, spacious back-yard area for visitors. Plenty of bench seating, tables, and chairs. A perfect mid-shop rest stop!
