Claudia did a wonderful job on my gel extensions! She was gentle on my paper-thin nails and her attention to detail was excellent. I really appreciated her spending extra time on my nails to ensure they looked their best!

The location was clean and everyone working was super nice and welcoming. You could tell the employees like their job which created a nice, positive atmosphere.

I definitely recommend this location and plan on coming back! I will be looking into their subscription options as I intend to regularly have my nails done here from now on. I think my only request would be to have some more color options for the gel. For the quality of service I received, I think the price was very fair (~$100 for gel extensions, not including the auto gratuity of 20%).

With that, I am very happy with my experience with GLOSSLAB so far! Thank you so...

I had a terrible experience today at Glosslab UES 69th: I was forced to choose another color because they only had one half finished bottle of the nail polish I had selected (basic red, nothing crazy). Mercy, the nail technician, was not wearing both gloves and broke one of my nails. She then was going to glue it back together without asking me but I stopped her in time. They charged me two times for one service. I now need to wait 7-10 days to have my money back because of a mistake on their side.

To be honest, I was expecting a much better service. No one there seemed to know what they were doing. Not worth my money or my time. I DO NOT...

Used to go to 84th St. It closed suddenly. They said they will franchise, odd explanation. What happened to those great people? Out of all the holiday reds for gel so had to switch to regular. Maybe plan ahead on that one. It’s freezing, cold air blowing on bare toes. The place is a mess. Boxes and bags everywhere, dirty floor, broken cabinets, just unkept. Lack of communication, tech not understanding short nails, had to cut my own nails and explain to cut cuticles when necessary. For the price point, it should be a more...

I had 2 gel manicures there. The first one was good. But the second one was well below expectations. The polish was done very badly - uneven, too close to the cuticle and skin and had to be removed mechanically with nail file and cutter. There was fluff on the nails often and the technician didn’t remove it until I asked to do so. Some of it fell of only an hour after the manicure. The polish wasn’t even cleaned properly after applying the gloss layer. Very disappointed.
