Worst bus service ever. To start off they don’t answer their phones at all! I called more than 20 times and not once did they pick up. It mad mid day and I tried calling at different times and couldn’t get through. Another problem is that their buses are DIRTY. Throughout the whole ride, you have to deal with the smell coming out the bathroom in the bus and to make it worse it’s the most uncomfortable bus ride I ever been in. And to wrap it all up, they change their prices constantly. They use to charge $45 for a trip to Ohio which was decent for what they use to offer but now?!?! They charge $80 for one of the worst bus you could ever take. You might as well add another $10 to the $80 and take the greyhound bus to wherever you want to go.I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

This was the worst bus I have ever ridden; by comparison the now-defunt Fung Wah bus was like the royal carriage. For $30 per ticket, I was promised power outlets and reserved seats with my wife. There were no power outlets, and I was informed that seating was first-come first serve. Although I wound up sitting next to her randomly, had the bus been fuller, this would not have happened. Legroom? Laughable. Think 1/2 of what you'd get in a Delta Airlines economy seat. I'm only 5'11", and I had to contort sideways to fit. This ain't supposed to be a 5 star experience. They just get you where you need to go for a good price. It's only a 7 hour ride from NY to Ohio and the other way around. Greyhound is minimum 13 hours. For 7 hours, use the bathroom before hand or wait for a pit stop. And I'm 6'6. I sit comfortably for the price. Yall must be fancy people with you're negative reviews.
