I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE TO GO AND AM VERY SERIOUS WHEN I SAY IT NEVER, I JUST WENT TO CHANGE THE PADS FOR MY SCOOTER FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I CALL 4DAYS BEFORE TO MAKE SURE HOW EVERYTHING WORKS ESPECIALLY IN THIS DAYS AND THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ( JAVIER ) TOLD ME THAT NO ONE NEEDS APPOINTMENT FOR PADS EXCHANGED THAT ONLY WILL TAKE AROUND 30MINUTES TO CHANGE IT WALK IN AND WALK OUT AND I WHENT THERE FROM NYC TO NJ AND WAIT IN LINE PATIENT FOR ONE HOUR STANDING AND QUITE IT THERE AND NO ONE APPROACH TO NO ONE FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ( JAVIER ) TO ASK ANY OF THE CLIENTS INCLUDING ME TO ASK AT LEAST WHY ARE WE ARE THERE FOR? AT LEAST WE CAN MAKE THE DECISION TO WAIT LONGER OR LEAVE AFTER HE TELL US WHATāS THE STATUS BECAUSE THE OTHER GUY IS THE MECHANIC GUY ONLY FOR REPAIRS AND WHEN IT WAS MY TURN I QUESTION HIM ( JAVIER ) BECAUSE SOMEONE ALSE WALKS IN WITH ANOTHER SCOOTER AND HE WHOāS GOING TO BE ON FRONT OF ME SO BECAUSE I QUESTION HIM AND I MOVE MY HANDS POINTING THE OTHER SCOOTER HE GETS UPSET WITH ME AND TOLD ME THE THAT SCOOTER HAS ONE APPOINTMENT BEFORE MY TURN AND I TOLD HIM THAT IS OK BUT WHY THAT HE DONT COMMUNICATE SO I WILL MAKE MY DECISION TO WAIT OR TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT HAVE THE PEOPLE JUST STANDING IN THE STORE WASTING TIME AND THE HAPPEN THE WORST ( JAVIER ) PUT ME THE OWNER OF THE STORE TO CALL ME THE ATTENTION BECAUSE HEāS STOKING THE PEOPLE OVER THE CAMARAāS SIR DONāT DO THAT THIS IS AMERICA YOU DONāT DO THAT HERE CUSTOMER FEALS UNCOMFORTABLE AND CUSTOMERS WONāT BE BACK TO YOUR STORE YOU LUCKY THAT YOU ARE SELLING A PRODUCT THAT SELLS BY IT SELF FOR THE NAME AND BECAUSE IS THE SCOOTERS TIME BUT YOU NOT A GOOD OWNER OK I HOPE YOU BUSINESS FELTS BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR TEAM WORK AND FOR LAST 2 PEOPLE FOR A BUSY STORE AND (JAVIER )AND(THE OWNER) WITH THE WORST ACTITUD 𤬠ONLY THE MECHANIC GUY...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood scooters and collection. Scooters are durable, but it helps to be able to do minor repairs yourself as they are almost always busy and can be slow to repair. This is coming from a person who lives in NYC. You can easily pay for tolls to get there and have to wait a day or two for a repair(keep this in mind). A simple flat fix will run you 65 here. If you're in NYC like myself, spare the toll for repair and head to a place called "bike man". They are pretty fast(I've gotten same day flat fixes), and are the same price repair wise! If mini motors had basic tutorial videos on YouTube for changing inner tubes, replacing wheels, and fixing the wobbly stem issue, they would be much better. There are always people who will pay for the service, but some of us can save time, and money doing these fixes at home. Also, be aware of certain low quality screws around the breaking system at the rear wheel. Mine came stripped, and after a call to rectify the issue, I was told that it did not come stripped and that their very own multi tool that they give you is low quality. Its actually not the case, they just use very low grade screws on some parts and not on others. Convenient as it was the last screw I needed to replace an inner tube.. All in all still good products that do require maintenance. You'll save a bundle of you can do some on your own. The notorious stem wobble is a real thing, but the overall build is strong. Also keep tires well inflated, they will go flat very easily if air pressure is not maintained(I'm only 180 and it happens twice, with no glass issues mainly riding in bike lanes). Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey did an amazing job fixing my back wheel of my Ninebox Max . But I would consider going elsewhere as I felt like I couldāve gotten a better service with a reasonable timeframe. I came to the shop on Thursday, May 23rd and was told the tire that I needed replaced was being order and should arrive by Saturday, and the work would be completed by Saturday. I called in on that Saturday to check the status of my scooter but was then left on voicemail. At that point, I decided to travel to the shop to check on the status of my scooter. But upon my arrival I was then told that the tire hasnāt arrived and my work would need to be postpone. I was a bit frustrated since I traveled all the way from the Bronx, but was receptive.
Now, myself working in hospitality, this was no big deal as itās the holiday weekend and things happen. But it was then that I waited until Wednesday to find out my scooter was still being worked on. When in the past, Iāve been to other places that would fix this in the matter of hours. My advice to anyone who stumbles upon this place is to look elsewhere as there are better places with reasonable prices and promising timelines.
Itās understandable if I was using my scooter for leisure but unfortunately I work as a Full time courier and have scheduled hours, so to go to a place that falsely gives me a timeline on work that needs to be done, does not in any way seems...
