Not worth it! Came here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure looked fine but when it came time to do my nails the lady refused to put a fan on my toes so they could dry. I had to ask about 10 times until she finally put the fan down and then she kept blocking the fan with her foot. Of course my toes didn’t try and the smudged. My nails came out a disaster!!!! The brush kept leaving bristles on my nails and instead of changing brushes she just tried to paint over it so that I wouldn’t see it. After almost an hour my nails looked horrible and I had to go back to work so I paid $88 for a bad gel mani and pedicure and said I would come back in a few days so they could fix my nails. Yesterday, I went back so that I could fix my nails and I picked number 54 as my color. When it came time for the polish I noticed that the color was not the same and that she was using number 72. When I mentioned this she told me 54 was see through and no good (even though it didn’t look like that in the sample book) and she wasn’t even going to say anything! At this point I just wanted to get out of there so I finished the manicure and when I got home I noticed it was bumpy. This morning when I woke up one of my nails has already started to chip!!! I am beyond frustrated and will not be returning to this nail salon, which is a shame since it is so close...

I booked a gel fill-in, which their website clearly advertises at $75 (color included). Instead, I was charged $90, plus an additional $10 for one broken nail—despite never receiving a nail trim as part of the service. When I specifically asked for square nails, I ended up with rounded square nails that were nothing like what I requested.
So to be clear: they quoted one price, upcharged me significantly, and didn't even deliver the nail shape I asked for.
The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I presented a Spa Week gift card. This salon is listed as an official Spa Week retailer, which I confirmed by calling Spa Week customer service beforehand. The receptionist flatly told me they don't accept the gift card, insisted I pay full price, and that full price was even higher than what was advertised on their own website.
While the pricing issues and false advertising are disappointing, the most upsetting part was feeling completely dismissed by my nail technician. I wasn't listened to, my requests were ignored, and the entire experience felt like my satisfaction didn't matter.
Between the deceptive pricing, refusal to honor advertised promotions, poor service quality, and dismissive attitude, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. Save your money and...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I used classpass for this service and I booked for a gel pedicure. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my service to a spa pedicure and I chose the option with a $25 difference than what I booked for. The pedicure was NOT good, it took over 2 hours and the paint job was horrible. When I went to pay they charged me $41. I asked why. She tells me the spa pedicure was $96. I didn’t ask for that. And I was told it would be a $25 difference. When I asked for clarification they’re giving me the runaround and attitude and speaking in their language about me. She even walked away from me. Of course I am forced to pay because the [terrible] service is already done. But I cannot imagine paying $96 for the nonsense I just got done. I understand a lot of these shops are family businesses and operated. But please provide the service you are charging people for and stop tricking people into paying more for low...
