Came in for a last minute floral arrangement for a friend’s loss of a family pet. I didn’t know what I was looking for and Ellie whipped up a beautiful and cheerful arrangement. She was super knowledgeable and kind making the whole process quick and easy. She even wrapped it nicely in a box and offered a bag… given that it was a windy day I definitely would have dropped it if I didn’t take her advice on a bag. Ordered an arrangement for my fiance and when I received a photo from her- I was beyond embarrassed and mortified. It was mostly sticks, leaves, and unopened flowers. When I called to give them feedback, not to ask for my money back or exchange the arrangement, the owner became very defense and was very happily confident with his stick arrangement!

Horrible experience- bad value, bad arrangement, bad customer service. Definitely never ordering...
