It was my first time back at hot yoga in a while. A year ago, I broke my left wrist, and that same year, I gave birth to my first child. It wasnāt an easy delivery, so Iāve been slowly getting back to myself. I just returned to the gym a few days ago, and today I decided to finally try hot yoga again.
