in beauty supply — Local services in New York

I appreciate this store in terms of product availability and variety. They do have a wide array of beauty items at different price points. I come here mostly for my hair care products and other miscellaneous beauty items. I used to make the trek to Ulta for these products but this store is much more convenient. HOWEVER, their customer service is NOT it. It actually makes me not want to go back. In particular, they always seem to close before the listed closing time. Google suggests that they close at 8pm. The sign on their door suggests they close at 8:20pm. I arrived at 7:50 in an attempt to purchase just ONE product - would have been in and out in 3 minutes. The door was rudely and abrasively shut in my face by the sales girl as she stated that they are "closed". If you close your business at 7:50pm, that's fine! But STATE that on your business and on Google. Don't mislead people and turn them away. That's the best way to lose customers. I happily walked across the street to Rite Aid and found exactly what I needed. Perhaps I will do...

Its great except they don't have almost EVERYTHING I would ask for,instead I have to go on Amazon to buy things there and I prefer to buy things in person instead of online,and every time I go 2 this BS I like going there they have a bit more supplies than the BS that are in 182nd St Nic (across the 1 train) the 181st st BS btween Broadway nd Wadsworth ave also the BS in 180th st ave,my problem is some of your workers make me feel uncomfortable spying on me and giving me long stares and they follow me around making it obvious as if I was going to steal and it pushes me away,I can't go 2 no BS that's gonna make me feel...

They have everything, but the constant stares and the following around like your going to steal is not cool. This is why I rather shop online because you don’t get the hassle around....
