I had an extremely disappointing experience at your salon. I clearly explained the haircut I wanted, yet the stylist completely disregarded my request and gave me a cut that looks nothing like what I asked for. It’s incredibly frustrating to put your trust in a professional only to have your expectations ignored. If your staff cannot follow simple instructions or execute basic haircuts properly, perhaps they should reconsider offering such services. Additionally, the attitude of the employees was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than creating a welcoming environment, they behaved rudely and dismissively, making the entire visit uncomfortable. The first photo shows my original hair length.I asked them to trim just 2–3 cm and add only a slight layer. Instead, they cut it way shorter than I asked, with extremely obvious, choppy layers all over! I have fine, thin hair, and now it looks even messier. I’ve already gotten a refund, but when I went back for it, they showed zero remorse. I even showed them how messy my hair was, and the guy was like, “You dont need to show me” Seriously? Luna did my eyelash extensions (these are hybrid so it's like classic with volume) using mink lashes. It was 85 lashes per eye. It's been 5 days now and they still look fresh! It was sooo nice as the ambiance was extremely relaxing! With piano music in the background, the heater on, and she even wrapped me in a blanket when I laid down 🥺🤞💖!! I fell asleep, it took about 2 hours, and the quality is actually good. You can see my lashes from the front and they look super long. She's also very nice & sweet & cute+clean, just very comforting to know your lash tech is a good one :)!...
