Got my lashes done here twice. Once before the pandemic and another recently. Both via groupon deal. Its going to be a lengthy review so if it’s TLTR for you: reasonable prices. Good for those who want to start their lash journey/experience. They are friendly and willing to explain if you want the high quality experience and result, go elsewhere

The first experience was mediocre, closer to negative. I called in advance to see if they accepted walk-ins and they told me they did so i brought someone along with me to get our lashes done. Sadly, when i arrived there, they were only available for 1 person but were nice and asked me to wait for them to call in an available worker to do my lashes. I was grateful but was disappointed soon after. Although I do not get my lashes done regularly, I’ve had enough experience to know what to expect. The person they called in mustve been either still training or a new technician. Recalling back my memory from a few years ago, i remember being very uncomfortable while getting my lashes done. The technician was resting heavily on my forehead and placed the lash tray directly next to my head/ear and every time she reached for it, it would keep bumping into my head. Also, the lashes she glued would often be stuck to another lash and i felt her separating my lashes apart multiple times. This occasionally happens since lashes grow in different directions so i understand but the way she separated them was painful. Lastly, after she finished, i couldnt fully open my eyes cause some of my bottom lashes was glued to the top. The technician suddenly got her tweezer, slid it in between the glued lashes and yanked it apart. I remember myself debating real hard back then on whether or not if i wanted to make a big deal but i chose to keep it in since they were generous enough to work around their schedule to accommodate me. I still tipped the technician generously (a lot more than they deserved) and kept it low since the person that came with me enjoyed their experience. At that time, i probably sweared to myself that id never come back. Lol. But i did.

The second experience was a lot better than my first but the after-result was disappointing. I came across their groupon deal again and I decided to give it another try since it’s been a few years. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped that their technicians would be skilled and have more experience within those few years. This time i made an appointment but still had to wait approx 20 minutes. The receptionist was friendly as usual and to save time, she was the one who discussed about the lashes. Very informational and honest. She wrote down what i wanted and handed it over to the technician. After i settled down on the lash bed, the technician went straight for my lashes. No issues here and this time i was glad this technician knew what she was doing. No pain and very minimal lashes glued together. She did lean on my forehead but it didnt bother me as much as the previous technician did. At the end, it looked nice and i walked out of that place satisfied. However, after the 2nd day, my lashes began to fall out. I followed their protocol. No water/sweat, no rubbing on my lashes for 24 hrs. My left eye was fine but my right eye lashes kept falling out. I didnt think much of it but as time progressed, half of my lashes were gone by the 10th day. And it was only my right eye that was shedding. My left eye had normal shedding. My lashes looked extremely uneven after a week so i ended up plucking my left eye lashes to even it out with my right side. I’m sure it’s not the technician’s skill at fault since my left eye was perfectly fine so I’m assuming that she probably under/mis-prepped my lashes before she started. Hence, the glue not properly sticking to my lashes. I only got my lashes done cause i had to go get some professional pictures taken so i didnt bother going back to complain since i got my pics taken.

Idk if id ever give another benefit of the doubt but maybe if i ever come across another deal, might...

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! MY REAL LASHES ARE ALL FALLEN OUT!!! BE WARE! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and this time it was TERRIBLE. 75% of my natural lashes are GONE because of it! Used TOO MUCH GLUE and I even had glue on my SKIN! The tech didn’t understand what I wanted, I said Hybrid, she did EXTREME set Russian volume! I did feel tightness and later on itchy which never happened to me before. I was very upset and had to go back to fix it the same day and they gave me a very bad attitude about it for $120 PLUS TIP! I had to go to another place to just remove and the lady told me it I had EXCESS GLUE, LASH DAMAGE & FALL OUT and SKIN IRRITATION! It took over one hour to just REMOVE the lashes. About 75% of my real lashes are GONE! Some look like they were cut with scissors. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!
