Don't come here if you don't know Chinese because the staff didn't understand any English. Luckily they had an English menu if you asked for one. I was pointing at what I wanted but it seems like they didn't give me what I had ordered. I ordered the spicy lamb noodles, lamb buns, and lamb dumplings and it should've been $27 but later on they asked me for an extra $2 and I had already paid them in cash. I guess they charge tax if you speak English. The noodles only had like 3 small pieces of lamb and the dumplings I got were vegan ones with no meat inside. Only the lamb bun was good. I felt like they scammed me. I didn't complain because I didn't want to make a scene and they wouldn't have understood me anyways. At the end I asked for a box to go for the noodles because I couldn't finish and they asked for 50 cents. I couldn't believe it, this is the first time this has happened to me. I didn't like the vibes from the workers here and felt like I was being judged. I was nice enough to leave them a tip and I was the only person to do so because their tip jar was empty. Overall, I won't be back here even if the food is...
Read moreDon't believe in the hype. Don't trust the influencers. This place is disgusting.
Bathroom is downstairs, to what appears like men and women share the same bathroom, with the entire building, and it was absolutely disgusting. The sink are outside the bathroom that's also disgusting. No soap. No paper towels. Can't tell when the last time this bathroom has been cleaned. Makes you wonder about the food? Might come with other types of unwanted protien, if you know what I mean.
The broth is gamey and greasy, whether you're get vegetable , chicken, or lamb. Seems like the base of the broth is lamb. We had the lamb noodle soup, chicken sauce noodle, and vegetable noodle soup.
While eating, we heard clipping noise, looked over, and saw the chef clipping his nails in the kitchen. Same time, one of the lady that was preparing the food, saw her eat something with her hands and kept on preparing the food. What's the point in wearing gloves?
We left feeling like we needed to take a shower. Go somewhere else. The hand-pulled noodle seems like a cool concept but it's definitely not worth the time spent on the...
Read more5 stars for their signature dish jajangmyeon. Noodles are perfectly cooked which means slightly chewy. Overlooked or soft noodles have no place in this dish. The black bean sauce is delicious. Perfectly seasoned never too salty. 3 stars - The jampong (seafood noodle soup ) is not the best I've had. The broth is a bit too condensed for my taste. I like my seafood soup a bit lighter. 5 stars The tangsuyook (sweet and sour sauce with deep fried meat of your choice generally beef or pork .) here is fantastic. Perfectly breaded and fried. I always get the sauce in the side to control the portions. These three items are what people generally come in for. My husband isn't a huge fan of the noodles not having grown up on it so he ordered fried rice. He got the beef fried rice which I loved but he didn't care for because of this smoky taste to it. I took it home and ate it the next day. Delish. Also he loved the fried dumplings. Not my favorite dumplings but perfectly deep fried. They give you free dessert which is a little fried dough ball covered in a sugar...
