KOHLER Store Brooklyn by Best Plumbing Supply — Local services in New York

I discovered Kohler in Industry City today by accident and am so glad I did. I worked with Anthony Vargas and he could not have been more helpful. I am doing a gut renovation on my bathroom and have been to several other vendors but none of them were nearly as kind, patient and helpful as Anthony V. and he also gave me better pricing than I received from other vendors. There was another salesperson who was helping out named Mike and he also was wonderful.

I live in Manhattan and have been to the Kohler showroom on 22nd St. several times and am lucky if I get a hello from the person at the reception desk. I've never been approached or asked if I needed help by anyone there. I only mention this because I had a completely different experience at the Kohler in Industry City; it is a quick and easy subway ride there from Manhattan and TOTALLY worth it.

I have to say Jordan Parry at this Kohler store is one of the if not the only sales person I have ever had a genuinely positive experience with and really actually liked in my entire life to my recollection. He was amiable, honest and prompt initially and then what must be 6 months later now when there was a major issue with my Components faucet he answered the phone at the store and remembered who I was down to a T with no need to even remotely jog his memory.
