An absolutely HORRIBLE experience! I would not recommend at all. I see many high star reviews here which is why I gave this location a chance, not sure if it is because I am a POC or what but the experience was the worst Ive had at any spa/wellness center. I proceeded downstairs to the spa and greeted the man at the front desk with a warm smile and a hello and all that he said was “room 3”, nothing else, no greeting, did not inform me of the facilities/amenities, how to use the phone to play music in the sauna room or anything. As I enter room 3, alone, he comes in and hands me a plastic reusable cup for water, probably breeding germs from other guests. The towels were hard and looked used. He set the timer on the sauna to exactly 30 minutes. Typically at a sauna you are given 5 min additional to take your coat and clothes off so that you can get your true 30 min in the sauna. I rushed to take my clothes off and get started, the sauna was semi hot, Ive experienced hotter ones, barely caused me to break a sweat until the last 10 min. Upon leaving the room, I came out towards the general area and the same man looked at me and turned his head. I was shocked!!! I was also confused because this was my first time visiting here and I was so cheerful and nice. I am not sure what is going on at this facility but I have never experience such blatant unprofessional and rudeness. I will NOT be returning. Suffering from TRAUMA -- in need of HEALING...? The newest offer is "Active Stretch" package included THE MOST AMAZING TREATMENT -- I never liked being stretched but this is mind blowing and healing.... I have so much pain in my body and this practitioner who worked at Equinox for 12 years stretched me and "ironed" my body with this large vibration machine -- he stretched and erased so much pain. He is a "body genius" and even showed me a stretch for my neck. My neck chronically kills me and that is a forever pain until I get surgery but the pain in my shoulder, leg and hip gone today. Next as part of the package is having my legs placed in big nylon like sleeps up to your groin for lymph massage for a half hour -- the automated massage does the intense dorsiflexion of your feet which felt amazing because I have so much pain in my feel and right ankle. 3rd part of package is Kryo -- the chamber is freezing so it gives me a break from all pain including the severe degenerative disc disease in my neck.

The Kollectiv also have NutriDrip and that really helped me with stress -- I do B vitamin boosters, D, occasionally the skinny, etc -- LOVE the booster shots and I think that is a reason I did not lose my hair despite horrific stresses.

I was violated at a MD's office in Soho but at the Kollectiv I feel safe.

Unsafe, unprofessional & disorganized. This kind of place should be closed down. Booked four services left after first one after numerous red flags. The individual who opened the door for me was the cleaner and spoke zero english. The issue here is that it was confusing on what I was doing, where to put my belongings and what the spa schedule would look like. There were absolutely no other people (workers or costumers) in the facility when I entered the property. This was 10AM on a Friday. As this was my first time here, it felt confusing and disorganized. Sauna had dirty towels and slippers with wooden slots coming off sauna walls. I was uncomfortable the entire time! Worst costumer service I have ever encountered at a spa, especially Ricardo. He gave me old socks and men’s size 11 crocs to wear in the cryobody, didn’t explain why these were needed. It seemed like He had no understanding of cyrobody service and laughed at me when I asked any questions. Basically no privacy as well, most services are out in the open and as a young lady in her underwear (their recommendation) I felt completely unsafe around their staff. Safety is NOT a priority and neither is hygiene. As I said I left early because it was a joke and didn’t want to get injured.
