I got to know the owner, Evelyn, through last year's Spartan Race, and we quickly became friends. As a person who never had the habit of doing facials and spa, Evelyn elevated my self-care and beauty standards by introducing me to her world of embracing beauty. I never realized my acne can heal this well after several facials and I was pleasantly surprised. I also tried their Thermage, which was the exact same thing I've done in Upper East NYC but cheaper and better - with a free facial before treatment, and calming mask afterward. Evelyn is extremely professional (and beautiful) - it's hard to come across someone has the combined expertise for skin care, makeup, and small cosmetic operations so I think I'm really lucky to find her. She did my makeup for a performance and also helped me with half-permanent eyebrows. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I am so thankful that the first skincare/facial I ever had was done in la peau. The experience was great and won't make you uncomfortable. All the dirty things on my face have been cleaned up very well. It's not only helping you improve you skin but also can be a place for you to relax after a busy week. This is my favorite place to do advanced facial treatments. I highly recommend 7D， picosecond laser and golden needle laser. After I did 7D i did not have to put on foundation for a while. My face glows and I feel as if I have more collagen all of a sudden. I used to have darker forehead due to acne but after a few picosecond laser treatments my forehead color is the same as the rest of the face. You can see the effect immediately after each treatment.
