We had the worst experience with LAW OFFICE OF XIAN FENG ZOU, ATTORNEYS AT LAW. I would give 0 stars if I could! We recently hired Bill to review a commercial lease agreement and negotiate on it. We talked with Bill once on phone, he sounded arrogant. I told him that I need to finish this situation quickly. We paid the price that we agreed on and then he was gone. My wife left a message to Bill saying that if he doesn't want to take this case, then we want him to return the money and we will find someone else. He answered right away saying that he feels he is doing everything right. He said we should be happy because he spent his time on the phone with us on the 4th of July weekend (which was his Idea, not ours). He also mentioned that a negotiation on a commercial place takes a minimum of 2-3 weeks. Long story short, He wasn't negotiating on behalf of me, he sent a few suggestion to me and I had to get back to the landlord's agent with that and when he sent the last modified lease agreement to me I was already finished negotiating myself (about 2-3 times back and forth) and signed all the papers about 6 days earlier. So all the time and money that we spent with Bill and LAW OFFICE OF XIAN FENG ZOU, ATTORNEYS AT LAW was a total waste. DO NOT waste your time and money on them! You are better of by yourself or you can find a much better firm probably...

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. In fact, he should have negative stars. In my thirty year career as a small business owner, I have never met a lawyer as DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, and UNTIMELY as Zou. He is a complete scam artist that will SCAM you. He should be avoided entirely. I am SURPRISED how he isn’t DISBARRED by now. He has no knowledge of property tax law and you will 110% find better legal advice...
