I have to give this clinic a bad review. I made an appointment for a flu shot on December 7 many days in advance. On December 5 and 6, the front desk of the clinic called to remind me that I had an appointment and not to be late. On the morning of December 7, the front desk called again to inform me that I had an appointment in the afternoon and not to be late. When I was about to arrive at the clinic, the front desk called me and said that the flu vaccine was out of stock and I should not go to the clinic. They asked me to change the appointment time.
I was very angry. I had already made an appointment, and your clinic should have kept the vaccine for me to use. Why didn't you tell me in advance that I didn't have the vaccine? I canceled my work for the day and had no income. You told me to cancel the appointment at the last minute. Can you compensate me for my loss?
Today I called again to make an appointment for a doctor and flu shot at 16:30 in the afternoon. Because of the traffic jam on the road, I told the front desk that I might not be able to arrive at the clinic until 4:45. The front desk told me that the doctor would end the consultation and leave the clinic at 16:30 every afternoon. It is not guaranteed whether the doctor will still be in the clinic at 16:45.
I questioned the front desk. The information about the clinic on Google showed that the closing time was 17:30. Why didn't you just change the closing time of the clinic to 16:30? Is this deceiving and...
Read moreDo NOT Recommend This DCOTOR. This clinical office is messy. They don’t even give patients vital signs, blood pressure, weight and height. That’s not professional either. patient’s vital sign is a very the important thing to monitor health. Especially, for those with diabetes patients etc… If you want to get anything from a specialist or transfer PCP to her, she’s not going to help you get any documentation from other doctors; YOU HAVE TO DO IT! It doesn’t make any sense; the patient has to keep calling each office, and I don't know what the point is.Why doesn’t the receptionist do it? It'd be easier if the doctor did it! Every time I see her, she is like a football player who kicks the ball to others. Also, The doctor didn’t help anything; she wanted you to talk about how she could help you. If I knew how you could help me, I would help myself and not be seen by the doctor. Overall, I don't know why people give good reviews for this doctor, but for me, she is not professional and passionate.btw, the clinic only have one room, two receptionist...
