I shopped there this Sunday and I politely asked for a health worker discount. I did not have my ID because I left my wallet at home; just tired after doing a night shift. Staff at Levi’s refused to give me the discount and demented to show them my ID. I got an online confirmation that I’m a medical provider. FYI you can check any professional license online.
