I dont get how other reviews say the staff is amazing. I just came back from a visit to this Chipotle. The following review is solely directed to this one staff. I ordered 3 bowls to go. Ordered white rice for all 3, she gave me brown. I stopped her before she got to the second bowl. She threw the brown rice back and filled the bowl with white while bits of brown rice still in the bowl. Whatever. Going the down line I asked for cheese and lettuce for all 3 bowls, while she was still side chatting to the manager about her mom as she closes the lid without adding lettuce and cheese. I said "you forgot the lettuce and cheese" she said "you saw me closing the lids and now you tell me?". I said I'm not constantly staring at you doing your job. I only noticed you forgot the lettuce and cheese because you started closing the lids not even reaching to where the lettuce and cheese were. She started giving me an attitude and said why didnt I say something earlier. It's not my fault you're busy side chatting. It's not my job to constantly remind you or correct you. How difficult is it to fulfill a food order? Why blame the customer because you're not paying attention to your job? The more she said the bigger hole she was digging for herself. And her manager just watched. Didnt even step in. I go to this chipotle every week, sometimes twice a week. They need some serious training...
Read moreI went in tonight having already placed my order through the Chipotle app and, for the second time, my food was not ready. However, this time the staff insisted that I had already picked up my order and that they don't have it. After informing them that I haven't picked up anything yet- that I had ordered through the app and it said that it would be ready 3 minutes ago, they said that I never ordered it. I showed them the app that showed that I had already placed and payed for my meal along with an image that showed the time in which it would be ready for pick up. I even went as far as to check my account to show evidence that it had already been charged but I was yet still met with only attitude at every turn. The staff turned this into a giant spectral with other paying customers watching- which was very uncomfortable. The staff told me to get in line and reorder. Once I get to the register the same main girl tries to charge me once more and when I say I'm not paying again for something I already payed for she purses her lips, rolls her eyes pushes the food towards me and says "have a nice day". After tonight, I definitely will be telling everyone about their horrible service and not to stop by. The staff was SO VERY RUDE and how they acted was uncalled for. WORSE...
Read moreThis was the worst experience ever of my going to Chipotle. I went to the 130 N 4St Brooklyn . I asked for extra scoops of beans since i was not ordering rice i was refused saying that this was not allowed. I let the server know that this was rather odd since i had ordered this in the past. She still proceeded to state this was policy. Subsequently as i was picking the order i was asked if i was ready to order. The moment i would start to say something she would move on to the next customer. This went for 3 times at which point i asked to see the Manager. Ms Janessa Rodriguez. As a paying customer i refused to be hurried by the staff and expected to be treated with respect and courtesy. After waiting for a while for the Manager to show up another lady proceeded to ask me what i wished to order and she proceeded to serve me. So i kept waiting for the manager until another staff said the manager was in a conference call. He gave me her business card. I tried to reach the manager on the phone after coming home but to no avail. I hope that this establishment realizes the concept of customer service does not mean treating people like cattle.
