Update 6/20/25: Lilysilk reached out to me and indeed followed through to give me an exchange that was originally denied when I called customer service. Although we were never able to get to the phone at the same time to discuss my customer experience, it is good to see this brand is proactive in fixing a mistake down the pipeline when brought to attention.
Would buy again, just be careful with sizing as their standard policy (at the time of this review) is no exchange after washing. My original size small cami went from perfect to too small after 1 wash. My exchange to medium shrunk to a better sized fit.

I bought a beautiful cami that I asked if it would shrink. I asked the staff at the store in NYC if it would shrink from washing it cold water, and I was told it would not with cold water and bought the small. It shrunk, and when I called customer support, they would not give me an exchange or replacement. Shrinking is fine, I would have bought a larger size had I been given the proper information.
My family owns an alteration shop in California, and we have had 5 other customers who have bought clothes from this brand come in sad and in need of alterations to add fabric since it shrunk too much.
The staff member at the storefront was very nice, the improvement needs to be made internally with better manufacturing labels...

After a week nothing back not even an email from them informing the wondering consumer.Whoever run this office it is not run to decent standard which the brand have quality garments. emailed them and found out it is not available never again according to her. So I went to their usual website in USD currency of which I don’t mind as long as I will get that size of a blanket so placed everything,she then quickly emailed me that it was in their US WAREHOUSE that shown available but not here. 3 attempted purchase which all of it ended up in the air of disappointment.
To make the story short I’ve order the 80x90 size it was Sept.9 payment method COD yesterday Sept.18th, emailed her again and replied to me that the Blanket in my order is not available& that is now out of stock.! Can I have a reliable service & staff apart from them Abby and Anna perhaps someone who will deliver services like it used to be.I’ve asked them both to cancel both orders which is around 1,200 USD responses are now have an auto reply like Robot.
