Only come here for eyebrows! The two ladies that do eyebrows are amazing. Don’t waste your time or money on anything else. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I wasted two hours of my life here.

I came here for gel and acrylic soak off and a gel mani/pedi. First off the salon looks dirty and the gel selection is horrid. I should’ve left then but instead I tried to go in with an open mind. Instead of apply acetone, my nail technician filed my gel polish with an electric drill. Huge no no. The pedicure was mediocre and the polish job was messy. There was polish all on the sides of my toe nails.

On to the acrylic soak off. This was the most pain acrylic soak off I’ve ever experienced. He soaked my acrylic for 10 minutes max and began forcefully plucking off the acrylic and sawing it off with the drill. My nails were so sore and flimsy after. I get my acrylics removed all the time so I know that. The paint job speaks for itself - see pics attached. A mess!

While I was sitting there I noticed how beautiful the girls getting their eyebrows waxed looked once they got up. No exaggeration, the eyebrow waxing is art. They get it. Not too thing and not too straight. The perfect arch. I decided to get mine done and I’m so happy I did because I now have a new go to for eyebrows!

I would give 10 stars for the eyebrow services but for the nail...

Worst customer service experience ever. They completely messed up my nails, and when I went back to the lady who messed them up, she offered to redo them. However, considering how terrible the first job was, I declined. The manager insisted that she had to fix them since she did them initially, leaving me with no other option. Unfortunately, just two days after the redo, my nails chipped again. Frustrated, I returned to complain, and this time the manager offered to redo them once more. I refused, as redoing my nails twice in a week using the nail filler machine would weaken them. I informed the manager that I would contact my credit card company for a refund. Surprisingly, the manager seemed upset and commented, "That's not good." Throughout this whole ordeal, I didn't receive an apology as a customer. I will never return to that place again. Fortunately, I'm glad I paid with my card, even though they claim they don't accept credit cards. They usually hide this fact and only mention it when a customer is about to leave...

I've come to this establishment 3 times. After the 1st time my nails got worse. The pictures attached are from my final time there. The woman kept asking me if I wanted a design so naturally I assumed she wanted to do one and/or she was capable of doing it. SHE WAS NOT! My nails are thick in some spots and misshaped. The design was done rushed and in frustration I assume because her next appt had shown up. Its a simple heart design and they all look like BUTT. It was so ugly I opted out of putting hearts on my final finger and she still ruined the dot design. The fingers that are half on color and half another are not equal parts. I left that place feeling like I could cry. I was so frustrated and annoyed. I took a picture and she actually thought I was taking a picture bc I liked it. NO! She did me and herself a disservice....
