The jewelry is to die for! And the service is beyond imagination! I couldn’t visit the store because I’m in another state and can’t travel right now, so I contacted Sandra Ochoa and she was amazing! We had an hour or so conversation where she took pictures and assisted me wonderfully in getting what I need, as she said “she knows the stones by 💖!” and it was a smooth easy online check-out! She has the patience and a wonderful spirit to help you get what you need! I truly can’t thank her enough! Looking forward to visiting the store...

Very poor customer service

I purchased Cleo Wire Gold Slip-On Bracelet - medium size from the website. However, when I received it and tried it, the size looked like small and I confirmed that through the official shop in Bahrain.

I only used the Item for a month or so and sent it back to correct the size. However, my request was rejected due what they claim as wear & tear damage
