She’s very sweet and delicate!🫶🏼 Kyle gave me a consultation to start the appointment, he’s fabulous, makes you feel comfortable and very knowledgeable and works with your ideas, he recommended off my requests to get doll-sexy mix, I chose the premium silk! Will definitely be coming back. I get cold easily and their hospitality and attention was nice they quickly gave me a weighted blanket felt so good! Excited to take my graduation pictures tmr! Ps to be completely honest in my review of my experience. While in the salon it was 10/10⭐️. But the time before coming in id say 7/10 ⭐️My graduation picture are tomorrow 05/17 so I booked the appointment for 05/16 at 1:15pm and they contacted me to let me know that the technician was stuck on the train. I had no issue since I was planning to stay at Hunter College (5min away from the studio) the whole day. my appointment was in-fact moved. I had an experience very similar to another review by “Rebeca.” I booked with Kyle and paid extra. At first, I was told his assistant would clean and prep and that Kyle would take over after he washed his hands. However, after my eyes were cleaned, prepped, and taped shut - the assistant then began putting lashes on me. I knew it was her because she was sneezing and coughing, I then stopped her after maybe 10-15 minutes and asked if Kyle was going to take over. It was only after I said anything that Kyle came, I think if I didn’t then the assistant would have done the majority of the work and Kyle would have done touch ups.
